Jewel in his welcome thanking Trevor Drinkwater – Inclusion Companies as she explained, “I wanted to start a festival to help educate others about good eating and teach others to stand up for themselves. I wanted to help others by teaching them that good mental and emotional hygiene was an option, which put me on a life mission to learn these skills. I never used my fame to get a table in a restaurant. I have used it to contact experts in the fields of medicine, nutrition and mental health to learn how to defend myself better. I often say that Misery is an equal opportunist. It doesn’t matter what race, color or creed you are, or if you are the CEO of a very successful business. You can be extremely famous and rich, be poor, if you weren’t raised in a healthy system, no matter what your socio-economic background, once it collapses you need a new tool to to be educated. It takes education, and unfortunately education makes money. Happiness can be an elite; I find that absolutely unacceptable. -Jewel

This celebrity flagship event not only sets the bar for wellness, nutrition, health and mental health, but it shows at the end of the day if we aren’t using our gifts to help uplift, inspiring, connecting and giving hope, fame, influence and fortune mean nothing without helping others to rise up. By taking the time to smile, recognize, listen to or introduce someone to someone who could help another, you are setting an example for someone of inspiration, giving someone the tools to he needs to create the life he dreams of.
