The engagement comes days after Kate and Prince William visited Wales under their new titles of Prince and Princess of Wales. It was their first official release since the end of Queen Elizabeth’s official mourning period.

During the visit, the royal couple met the crew and volunteers of the RNLI Holyhead lifeboat station, as well as members of the local community before traveling to Swansea to meet volunteers at St Thomas’ Church.
