Harry Styles has delighted fans by appearing head-to-toe in Molly Goddard on the cover of his upcoming album.

The former One Direction singer, 28, caused a social media frenzy when he announced he was set to release his new album by sharing the cover image on Instagram.

photography for Harry’s house, his first project in three years, features Styles standing on the ceiling of an upside-down minimalist living room, staring pensively at the floor/ceiling.

Considerably more paired than some of Styles’ more outlandish fashion statements, he’s dressed in a folk style white blouse with smock, red embroidery and peter pan collar combined with a pair of wide faded blue jeans.

White ballet flats, which tie at the ankles, complete the simple yet impactful look.

The Styles/Goddard collaboration certainly seemed to sit well with fans, with many showing their appreciation for the style of the album cover.

“My favorite designer makes clothes for my favorite human,” one user wrote.

“The wedding of two of my favourites: Molly Goddard and Harry Styles,” agreed another.

“Screaming. It’s so good and meeting artists that I didn’t know I needed”,

Of course, sharing her own feed also sent Styles fans into a fashion frenzy.

“I’m freaking out,” one wrote, while many others simply shared the fire emoji.

While the outfit isn’t quite as daring as her boundary-pushing looks, choosing to wear Goddard alludes to Styles’ typical playful approach to fashion and fluid attire.

He became famous first man to wear a dress on the cover of Vogue magazine and last year, Styles challenged gender stereotypes again by posing in a photo shoot for Dizzy in an incredibly flamboyant skirts, dresses and heels.

Speaking in an interview accompanying the vogue shoot pictures, he said, “Don’t wear [something] because it’s women’s clothing, you cut a whole world of great clothes.

“And I think what’s exciting right now is that you can wear what you like. It doesn’t have to be X or Y. Those lines are getting more and more blurred.

“Clothes are there to have fun, experiment and play with,” he added.
